How do I book a tour?

Do your tours pick up from our accommodation in Adelaide?
Yes
Are there any age or fitness restrictions for the tour?
No restrictions
What is your cancellation policy?
Need to change your plans? We understand that things come up! If you need to cancel, we will happily refund your deposit, less a $100 administration fee – as long as you let us know at least 5 Days before your tour begins. At this stage, all preparations, staffing, and third-party bookings have been finalised and cannot be recovered.
What does a private tour include?
Pick up from your accommodation & visit 4 venues. All bookings will be done by Nev & you will be returned back to your accommodation.
Is there a maximum private group size?
We can accommodate up to 7 passengers. For larger groups P.O.A. Mini Buses & large buses are available.
Is there a minimum group size?
No.
Can the itinerary be customised?
Most definitely.
What should I bring/wear for my tour?
Whatever is most comfortable. Be mindful of the weather.
Do I have to share my tour with other guests?
No, we only do private wine tours. It will be your group only.
Do your tours include lunch?
No. If any members of your group have special dietary requirements we can make suggestions on lunch venues.
Do your tours include tasting fees?
No. Very few Cellar Doors offer complimentary tastings. Most tastings are redeemable when purchasing wine.
How much are your tours?
Adelaide Hills $695, McLaren Vale $695, Langhorne Creek $735, Barossa Valley $735 & the Clare Valley $895.
There are people in our group that don’t drink wine. Is it worth us booking a tour?
Probably not as we are a Wine Tour Business however we can visit places of interest.
Is a deposit required to secure a tour booking?
Yes a 50% deposit is required to secure the date. Once the deposit has been paid we then will put an itinerary together for your approval.
If I pay by credit card is there a surcharge?
Yes. A credit card surcharge fee of 1.4% is applicable.
Is it necessary for Nev to pre-book tastings & lunch at the wineries ?
Yes. Most definitely particularly on weekends & public holidays.
